Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and StatCFB (“StatCFB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of StatCFB, including its websites, applications, analytics, competitions, and related services. By creating an account, indicating acceptance when that option is presented, or accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may use StatCFB only where doing so is lawful, and you are responsible for complying with laws and third-party platform rules that apply to you.

You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You may not share an account, impersonate another person, or access an account without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.

Access may be invitation-only or limited by role or subscription tier. We may approve, deny, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, address security or abuse, enforce these Terms, or discontinue a feature.

StatCFB provides sports data, model estimates, historical and backtested results, rankings, market information, and analytical tools for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the service is financial, investment, commodity trading, gambling, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to enter into a transaction.

You should independently evaluate any information and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for decisions you make and for understanding the eligibility requirements, fees, rules, and risks of any third-party service you choose to use.

• Predictions, rankings, prices, availability, and calculated values may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect.
• Historical, simulated, and backtested performance does not guarantee future results.
• Market prices and availability can change after information appears in StatCFB.

Unless a feature expressly states otherwise in separate official rules, StatCFB competitions and cards are free simulations. Picks, positions, balances, units, purchases, and sales shown in those features are virtual; they do not place or cancel a real-money order, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. No entry fee or prize is offered unless separate official rules clearly say so.

Competition results may depend on third-party data and our published scoring and settlement methods. We may correct scoring or settlement errors, void an affected selection, or pause a competition when reasonably necessary because of erroneous data, market cancellation, outage, abuse, or another integrity issue. Additional competition rules shown in the service form part of these Terms.

You may use StatCFB for its intended personal purposes. You may not:

• Break the law, infringe another person's rights, or use the service to facilitate fraud, manipulation, harassment, or other harmful conduct.
• Access another user's account, misrepresent your identity, evade an access restriction, or probe or bypass security controls.
• Interfere with the service; introduce malicious code; scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or automate requests except as expressly permitted in writing; or impose an unreasonable load on our systems.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or use the service or its data to create a competing product except as permitted by law or with our written authorization.
• Use information obtained through StatCFB in violation of a third-party provider's terms, intellectual-property rights, or applicable market rules.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant StatCFB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you choose to use. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except for limited backup copies, legal obligations, and content already incorporated into shared competition records.

Public usernames, group activity, leaderboard placement, and competition results may be visible to other users. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or information you do not want displayed through a public or shared feature. We may remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or integrity risk.

StatCFB uses, displays information from, or links to third-party services, which may include Google, Clerk, Cloudflare, CollegeFootballData.com, Kalshi, and Polymarket US. Third-party names and data are provided for identification and informational purposes and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, transactions, security, content, or policies. Your interaction with a third party is governed by your agreement with that provider. A link or displayed price does not mean that a transaction is available or appropriate for you.

StatCFB and its software, design, models, branding, and original content are owned by StatCFB or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purposes. No other rights are granted.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not identify you publicly as its source without permission. Reports of suspected copyright or other intellectual-property infringement may be sent to support@statiqlabs.com.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of StatCFB. We do not promise that the service or any particular data source or feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, provider outages, legal requirements, and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatCFB is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. StatCFB disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant any prediction, result, price, calculation, third-party data, or outcome.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In that case, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and these Terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatCFB and its personnel, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, trading or wagering losses, or the cost of substitute services arising from or relating to StatCFB, even if advised that such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 U.S. dollars. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Material changes apply prospectively. If a change materially affects your rights, we may ask you to accept the revised Terms before continuing to use the service. Your continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or operation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific rules or purchase terms presented to you are the entire agreement between you and StatCFB regarding the service. Questions or legal notices may be emailed to support@statiqlabs.com.
